If we quote $499, you pay $499. No discovery calls that turn into upsells. No 'we underestimated' renegotiations. The number on our site is the number on your invoice.
We deliver before we promise.
Most builds ship faster than we say. We'd rather under-promise and surprise you than have you waiting for an email update on Tuesday for a Friday deliverable.
You own the work.
Code, content, domain — yours. Walk away whenever, host wherever, edit however. We're not in the long-term-contract business.
We talk like people.
No 'leverage synergies' nonsense. No 'best-in-class' anything. If we have to use jargon, we explain it. If you ask why something costs what it costs, we'll tell you.

We're builders who got tired of watching small business owners get charged like enterprise clients. The work isn't that complicated for most shops — five to ten pages, contact form, a few photos, mobile-first. Charging $5,000 for that and dragging it out three months is theater, not craft.
So we got fast. We pre-built tooling and templates so we can ship a polished, customized site in 48 hours without cutting corners. We priced it where a working business owner can say yes without their accountant having a heart attack. And we made sure when we hand it over, you actually own it.

How fast can you really deliver?
Faster than you'd guess. Starter sites ship in 72 hours, Standard in 48. We pre-build trade-specific templates so we're never starting from a blank page. You send photos and basic info — we deliver a finished site you can review and tweak.
What if I don't like what you build?
Standard and Premium come with unlimited revisions. Starter gets two. We don't charge anything until you sign off on the design. Genuinely — if it's not right, we keep working until it is.
Do I actually own the site?
Yes. The code, the domain, the content — all yours. No license fees, no platform lock-in, no monthly trap. If you ever leave, you walk with everything. Hosting is the only optional monthly piece, and we'll happily hand you the files to host elsewhere.
What about hosting and updates?
$29/month if you want us to handle hosting, SSL, and small updates (changing hours, adding photos, fixing typos). Cancel anytime. If you'd rather host it yourself or use someone else, we'll deploy there for free.
Why not just use Wix or Squarespace?
You can. Honestly, for some businesses they're fine. The reason owners come to us: they don't want another monthly subscription, they don't want to spend a weekend wrestling with a builder, and they want something that doesn't look like every other small business site. Our Standard plan beats most builder costs in year two.
Can you handle SEO?
Standard includes basic SEO (titles, meta tags, schema, image alt text, fast loading, mobile-first). Premium adds advanced setup — local SEO, Google Business optimization, content structure for ranking. We don't do shady link-building or 'guaranteed page-one' nonsense.
What if my business doesn't have a logo or photos yet?
We can work with what you have. Phone photos are usually fine. If you need a quick logo, we'll make one. We're not going to send you a checklist of things to gather before we start — we'll figure it out together.
